Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
• Convert prospects into signed leases and achieve occupancy goals.
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins and provide a seamless resident experience.
• Support community events and resident engagement activities.
