Qualifications

• 2 years of leasing in multi-family conventional properties.
• RealPage / OneSite experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads by following up on phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market trends.
