The role requires weekend availability and prior leasing or property management experience, with familiarity in OneSite and Knock. Spanish language ability is a plus, and you will handle tours, applications, and daily office tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite.
• Experience with Knock.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience required.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties and maintain resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools daily.
• Support team with administrative and customer-related tasks.
