Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent at Cedar Run Apartments in Memphis to help prospective residents find their next home and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospects using various channels, and build relationships to convert leads into leases while staying informed about market conditions. The role emphasizes customer service, marketing efforts, and occupancy goals in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leasing in multi-family conventional properties.
• RealPage / OneSite experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.

Cedar Run Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• RealPage / OneSite experience
• 2 years of Leasing in Multi-family Conventional
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Every other Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
