You will provide outstanding customer service, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain resident records using our leasing tools. Strong communication and a friendly attitude are essential, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
• Experience with property management software (OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon) preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
