Cedar Run Apartments in Memphis is seeking a Leasing Agent to guide prospective residents to find their next home and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospects, and build relationships to drive leases and renewals, while generating leads via phone and email. The role emphasizes strong customer service and knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

• RealPage / OneSite experience.
• 2 years of Leasing in Multi-family Conventional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy; marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• RealPage / OneSite experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Every other Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
