Wellington Advisors in North Carolina is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to support the Community Manager in delivering a best-in-class on-site experience for residents and prospects. You will handle tours, respond to inquiries, and present apartment options to potential tenants.

You will manage leasing files, input data into Yardi and CRM, coordinate renewals, and assist with work orders while maintaining high service standards and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of property management experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Know the community and nearby competitors to support leasing goals.
• Assist with renewals and occupancy targets.
• Respond to leads via CRM, phone, and email to schedule tours.
• Present apartment options and welcome prospects.
• Assist residents with inquiries and complete leases and addenda.
• Enter data into Yardi and CRM accurately.
• Support work orders and communicate with residents.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA safety standards.
