Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Leasing Specialist to show and lease apartments to prospective residents and maintain occupancy targets. You will provide outstanding customer service, resolve resident concerns, and help execute marketing plans under the Community Director's direction.

The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience; property management experience is a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Must be able to endure walking, standing, and stairs during property tours
• General knowledge of computers and basic software (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints
• Execute marketing plan and update social media accounts under Community Director guidance
• Conduct outreach marketing visits and represent the company professionally
• Ensure leasing office, model apartment, and tour path are clean and ready for showings
• Complete applicant screening, lease paperwork, and collect deposits/payments
• Assist with renewal processes and prepare renewal leases for signatures
• Maintain knowledge of community policies, market conditions, and competitor information
• Collaborate with the Community Director to ensure timely rent collections and compliance
