Job summary

Woodward Management Partners in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments, maintain occupancy, and provide exceptional customer service. You will execute marketing plans and update social media accounts under the direction of the Community Director, working as part of a team to meet quality standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, and availability to work 2–3 weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints.
• Execute marketing plans and update social media accounts under the Community Director.
• Collaborate with the Community Director and team to meet quality standards.
• Conduct open/close procedures and ensure tour paths, model apartment, and leasing office are ready.
