Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our Briarcliff location to drive occupancy by delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

You will manage prospect outreach, tours, and the leasing process from application to move-in while delivering outstanding service and adhering to Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year of sales experience.
• Multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, executing effective closing techniques, following up with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from application through move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating positive experiences in every interaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase community visibility and traffic through outreach marketing, referrals, competitor analysis, and local market knowledge.
• Partner closely with office and service team members to deliver a seamless resident experience and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
