Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (residential property management preferred).
• Ability to speak Spanish is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and leasing software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
