Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean, tour-ready.
