Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Texas Richmond community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Strong customer service and local market awareness are essential to drive occupancy and revenue. The role requires executing marketing plans, maintaining show units, and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
• Coordinate tours, applications, and move-in paperwork in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Perform all leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow market conditions and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards of quality and presentation.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and timely signing of documents.
• Respond to resident concerns and communicate needs effectively.
