Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Fontana, CA, to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating renewals throughout the lease term.

The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi or Rent Cafe, and a housing discount program of up to 40%. You will work weekends with a 9am-6pm schedule and use OneSite/Yardi to track activity and manage data.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease up experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or Rent Cafe or Funnel is preferred.
• Housing Discount: This position is eligible for 40% housing discount.

Aufgaben

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and assist with move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate any items with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity; develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic; implement referral and employer outreach programs; use internet marketing tools and websites; follow brand programs.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, capture data, and manage resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; inspect marketing corridor; communicate maintenance needs; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction; send emails, notes or call to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents and execute renewal documents on time.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns; document and convey requests to appropriate team members.
