Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Lantower Garrison Park in Charlotte, NC. You will manage tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You’ll stay informed about market conditions, design and execute marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, leasing activity, and resident data.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales processes.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Familiarity with property management software and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any repairs.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting show units and coordinating with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds to resident and owner questions promptly and documents requests.
