Job summary

Knightvest Residential is hiring a Leasing Professional for the Dallas, TX area. You will conduct in-person and virtual tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate leasing activities to attract and convert prospects into residents.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the leasing process, ensuring documentation is complete, and maintaining a welcoming community while coordinating with maintenance and office teams for move-ins and readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
• Knowledge of lease terms, Fair Housing and property regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the Community: Lead in-person and virtual tours highlighting apartment features and amenities.
• Convert Leads into Residents: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms with follow-up.
• Support Marketing & Leasing Traffic: Assist with online listings, social media promotion, and events to attract residents.
• Guide the Leasing Journey: Walk prospects through applications and lease terms, ensuring proper documentation.
• Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience: Address questions and concerns to create a welcoming community.
• Maintain Show-Ready Homes & Move-In Readiness: Ensure show homes are clean and ready for move-ins.
