The position involves coordinating tours, answering questions about availability, pricing, and amenities, and ensuring smooth move-in activities while upholding community standards and policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales leads and promote the community.
• Schedule tours and close leases using effective selling techniques.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to online presence and campaigns.
• Explain lease provisions and policies, ensuring move-in readiness and orientations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Handle leasing documents, payments, and move-in procedures.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm.
