Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the community’s front-line ambassador, creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. You will build relationships, showcase the property, and guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and care.

You will also support resident satisfaction, retention, and community success through excellent customer service and up-to-date knowledge of leasing operations and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents; present community features to secure leases.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease agreements, policies and procedures to new residents.
• Verify move-in documents and coordinate dates with the Community Manager.
• Generate and read daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
• Support renewal efforts and resident events to promote retention.
