Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Strong customer service and leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the community and qualify prospective residents.
• Maintain show-ready community by inspecting grounds and units.
• Process credit and background checks and prepare lease documents.
• Use Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
