CLS Living is seeking a Leasing Professional in Denton, TX to deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. You will support property administration, marketing plans, and daily follow-up with prospects to drive leases.

You’ll build relationships with students, schools, and the local community to promote occupancy and community events.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
• Daily follow-up with prospects to close leases.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market.
• Work with managers on leasing goals and renewal programs.
• Keep offices and common areas clean and professional.
• Provide support for after-hours emergencies.
