CLS Living is hiring a Leasing Professional in Denton to deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents. You will manage inquiries, maintain a welcoming office, and support marketing and leasing goals with integrity.

You will engage with campus events, build relationships with local partners, and ensure accurate leasing documentation while upholding CLS Living standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of the property.
• Support marketing plans and annual campaigns to recruit residents.
• Conduct daily follow-up with prospects and close leases.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market.
• Coordinate resident events and campus advertising efforts.
• Ensure property management software is accurate and up to date.
• Handle lease processing and related admin tasks.
