Job summary

CLS Living in Denton, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager who combines customer focus with team leadership to drive resident engagement and exceptional service. You will mentor staff, step in as General Manager when needed, and uphold company standards across operations.

Key responsibilities include developing staff, overseeing contracted services, managing finances, and driving occupancy and revenue performance while delivering a best-in-class resident experience aligned with CLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 1 year of housing industry experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Entrata.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by setting a Service Excellence standard and inspiring the teams to achieve it.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise activities of all contracted services (pest, trash, landscaping, etc.).
• Deliver notices, manage resident accounts and utility billing, and support on-site emergencies and policy adherence.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and revenue performance to maintain occupancy and NOI targets.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities to drive tenant engagement and retention.
