Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficient with MS Office and community software (Yardi).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Two years of previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering criteria (questions, guest cards).
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record telephone and in-person visits; file guest cards accordingly.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits; conduct credit/rental history checks.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
