CLS Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team in Tampa. You will deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents, handle requests promptly, and maintain a welcoming office environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

You will support property marketing, campus events, and community relations while ensuring accurate lease processing and use of property management software.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
• Handle resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional office environment reflecting CLS Living values.
• Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans to attract residents.
• Follow up daily with prospects to close leases and meet occupancy targets.
• Keep property management software accurate and up to date.
