Qualifications

• 1-3 years leasing or related sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and compliant practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy targets by creating a positive prospect experience.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and follow up with prospects.
• Process resident applications and oversee required paperwork for leasing and renewals.
• Coordinate pricing analysis and promotions to stay competitive.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain resident relations.
