Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Previous property management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert phone and walk-in leads into new residents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage renewals.
• Conduct property and apartment tours with professionalism.
• Maintain organized lease files and support daily administrative tasks.
• Update leasing data and complete weekly market surveys.
• Support occupancy goals and marketing efforts, including social media.
• Present model units and amenity spaces with care.
• Respond to resident needs with empathy and accuracy.
