What You’ll Do

• Support the property’s marketing efforts, including outreach and social media updates
• Respond to resident needs with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in multi‑family leasing or a strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship‑building
• A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, organized, and calm under pressure
• A motivated team player who thrives in a goal‑driven, professional environment
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys creating memorable resident experiences

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus
