Chandler Residential in Hampton, VA is seeking a dynamic Leasing Professional for Lakes at Town Center. You will convert leads, deliver outstanding resident services, and conduct engaging tours to showcase our community.

The role offers a commission program of $100 for each lease closed, plus monthly bonuses and opportunities for career growth within Chandler Residential. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends may be required, and a collaborative team environment is emphasized.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Previous property management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience in multi-family leasing or a strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship-building
• A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and calm under pressure
• A motivated team player who thrives in a goal-driven, professional environment
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys creating memorable resident experiences

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus
