Property Management Associates in Carson, CA is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for a 304-unit apartment community. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus commission, plus benefits.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through leasing, assist marketing efforts, and create a smooth leasing experience for prospects and residents. Ideal candidates have prior residential leasing experience, outstanding communication and people skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online

Qualifications

• Previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Energetic, fun-loving personality and excellent people skills.
• Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• One weekend day is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
