Property Management Associates (PMA) is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for a 304-unit community in Carson, CA. The role centers on guided property tours, applicant processing, lease signings, and marketing to minimize vacancies.

You’ll engage prospects with a friendly, energetic approach, using strong verbal and written communication, and leverage digital channels including social media and Yardi Voyager to drive occupancy.

Qualifications

• Previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills.
• Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• One weekend day is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
