Qualifications

• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers; strong MS Office knowledge.
• Experience using online and social media marketing for leasing.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants and showcase amenities.
• Guide applicants through the rental process and execute lease signings.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and fill vacancies.
• Turn prospects into residents by delivering a seamless leasing experience.
