Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive resident engagement, present properties, and manage leasing from application to move-in. You will work with our team to maintain occupancy, deliver strong customer service, and support residents across property operations.

The role emphasizes sales aptitude, relationship building, and the use of CRM tools to document interactions, with a competitive pay structure and benefits to support your growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset; able to close the sale.
• Customer service mindset and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Tour and present the property to prospective residents and close the sale.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Conduct property and unit inspections to maintain appearance and report maintenance needs.
• Use CRM systems daily to document communications with residents and prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams as needed.
• Market properties daily via social media and other channels.
• Build long-term resident relationships and address requests and concerns.
