• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Ensure leasing office, models, and common areas are photo-ready and clean.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease packages with accurate documentation.
• Assist in marketing efforts using ads, the internet, and referrals to boost visibility.
