Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants based on criteria.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features and community amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions, report maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain updated listings and create engaging advertisements to promote vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings for development.
