Job summary

Sterling Group in Augusta, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pinewood at National Hills Apartments. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and explain lease terms to help residents find their next home.

Responsibilities include processing applications, managing leads in Yardi CRM, coordinating with the Property Manager, and supporting marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday–Saturday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in property management, retail service or sales.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office; Yardi knowledge preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, building relationships and answering questions.
• Assist applicants throughout the application process and prepare lease agreements.
• Enter inquiries and traffic into CRM; manage leads in Yardi CRM.
• Provide information about availability, move-in dates, and procedures.
• Support marketing efforts and maintain a clean, welcoming community environment.
• Help achieve monthly and quarterly leasing goals through effective follow-up.
