Knightvest Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Tempe, AZ property. If you have strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people, our training team will guide you the rest of the way.

As a Leasing Professional, you will showcase the community, respond to inquiries, support marketing and leasing traffic, guide the leasing journey, and ensure move-in readiness. You’ll collaborate across property teams while maintaining records and upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous apartment leasing, property management, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with property management software; OneSite experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements, Fair Housing, and property management regulations, or completion of Fair Housing training within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.

Responsabilités

• Showcase the Community: Lead in-person and virtual property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert Leads into Residents: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Support Marketing & Leasing Traffic: Assist with online listings, social media, events and local outreach.
• Guide the Leasing Journey: Walk prospects through applications and lease terms and document completion.
• Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience: Provide outstanding service and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain Show-Ready Homes & Move-In Readiness: Ensure show homes are well maintained and move-ins are prepared.
• Collaborate Across Property Teams: Coordinate readiness, move-ins, and move-outs with maintenance and office teams.
• Maintain Accurate Records & Compliance: Keep leasing records in PMS and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
