The role emphasizes meeting leasing goals, building rapport, and coordinating with residents and referral sources in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify apartment preferences and needs.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.
• Communicate property features, amenities, and value to prospects.
• Use sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and applicant/resident files.
• Walk apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Proactively contact residents regarding lease renewals.
• Build relationships with apartment locators and referral sources.
• Complete market surveys and support marketing/outreach activities.
• Handle maintenance requests and follow up on service completion.
• Monitor property appearance and report safety/maintenance concerns.
