Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant in Miami, FL to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in. This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and property knowledge to deliver an exceptional leasing experience.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, renewals, and coordination with referrals, while maintaining files and ensuring units are ready for occupancy. A valid license and 1–3 years’ relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• RealPage OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify apartment preferences and needs.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.
• Communicate the property’s features, amenities, and value.
• Use professional sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and applicant and resident files.
• Walk apartments before move-in to confirm they are ready.
• Proactively contact residents regarding lease renewals.
• Build relationships with apartment locators and other referral sources.
• Complete market surveys and support marketing and outreach activities.
• Receive resident maintenance requests and follow up on completed service.
• Monitor the property’s appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns.
