Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage prospects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, web, and in person.
• Build rapport and identify apartment preferences.
• Schedule and conduct property tours.
• Explain features, amenities, and value.
• Use sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, documents, leases, deposits, and move-ins.
• Maintain guest cards and files.
• Walk apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate lease renewals with residents.
• Engage with apartment locators and referral sources.
• Support marketing with market surveys and outreach.
• Handle maintenance requests and follow up on work.
