AG Living seeks a dynamic Leasing Consultant to attract and guide prospective residents through the leasing process, driving occupancy and satisfaction at our multi-family property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, explain lease terms, process applications, and coordinate renewals, collaborating with marketing to showcase amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Explain lease terms, application procedures, and move-in details.
• Process lease applications, run background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
• Input and maintain resident data in property management software; coordinate renewals and rent collection.
