Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or leasing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing laws.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with prospective residents and establish rapport.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Process lease applications and conduct background checks.
• Input resident and lease data into property management software.
• Assist with rent collection and renewals.
• Plan and coordinate resident events to foster community.
