Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, and guide applicants through lease signings. You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, and help ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining excellent resident relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, plus experience in leasing or sales and familiarity with property management tools. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiating and sales abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products
• Knowledge of internet, email, and social media as it pertains to marketing
• Knowledge of property management software such as Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork
• Conduct property tours and market promotions to maximize visibility
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Plan and organize resident events and ensure smooth move-ins
• Maintain compliance with fair housing and company policies
