Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote properties, and manage lease negotiations. You will work with the property team to maintain high occupancy and exceptional resident relations.

The role requires staying informed about local rental trends, marketing events, and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is important, with full-time career opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Market properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-in for residents.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents.
• Plan and conduct resident events as directed by the Property Manager.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work at least one to two weekends per month.
