Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Buford, GA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 230-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, while tracking occupancy and market conditions.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to manage data, maintain show units, and support renewal activities. A valid driver's license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Ensuring move-in readiness and coordinating with maintenance.
• Developing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and following policies on concessions and programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages and finalize move-ins.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance to address issues.
• Create and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Support lease renewals by notifying residents ahead of move-out and sending renewal packages.
• Communicate resident or owner concerns promptly to appropriate team members.
