Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Specialist for a 230-unit Garden community in Buford, GA. You will coordinate leasing activities, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires marketing initiative, use of OneSite/Yardi, and strong customer service to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction on-site Monday–Friday with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing apartment communities.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with credit screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments for move-in readiness and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to boost occupancy and traffic.
• Creates and executes marketing activities using internet channels and referral programs.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow-ups with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with residents.
