Job summary

Greystar in Georgia is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while meeting occupancy targets.

You will design local marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, and maintain show-ready units, with a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and selling apartments, including qualifying prospects and processing applications.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction during lease terms.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and renewals.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize property software to track availability and leads.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and document requests.
