You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, negotiate lease terms, prepare paperwork, and collaborate with the property manager to meet leasing goals while adhering to fair housing regulations. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in real estate software and MS Office.
• Ability to market properties and conduct tours.
• Maintain compliance with fair housing laws.

Responsibilities
