Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease units, while promoting properties and delivering excellent customer service. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships with residents as part of a team led by the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting with reports to ensure high occupancy and compliant leasing practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects and preparing lease paperwork.
• Marketing and promoting available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via in person, phone, and email.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms with applicants and residents.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reporting.
• Maintain strong resident relationships and uphold fair housing policies.
• Work with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
