• Monitor local rental trends and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
• Show units and maintain tour routes to create a positive prospect impression.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience and exceptional customer service to residents.
• Create a welcoming community atmosphere and proactively address resident concerns.
