Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain pipeline using CRM.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships.
• Monitor rental trends, pricing, and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy.
• Show units and maintain tour routes to create a positive prospect impression.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience and exceptional customer service.
